    I just found out via ReadWriteWeb that Newsgator has just made all of its RSS products available for free . This is great news because they publish FeedDemon , the desktop RSS reader that I have been using for years. FeedDemon really is a quality RSS reader, and because your subscriptions are handled through Newsgator you have an API and portability so you can sync your subscriptions on other devices too.
